There’s a wide variety of activities available at Kincardine Castle and nearby. Whether you want to ‘be organised’ by expert guides, or you’d prefer t to go it alone, we’re sure we can have something to suit everyone.
We can put together a full day’s programme of Team Building activities, or perhaps you would just like us to arrange a single activity to break up a busy day-long seminar. The packages are bespoke and will be tailored to your specific requirements. Activity providers can bring some of their toys here, or alternatively we have conveniently placed local providers such as Deeside Activity Park. We have also worked with other organisations such as Team Challenge and Walk Deeside.
Below are examples of some of the activities which can be organised. However, give us a call to talk through your specific requirements and we can shape the day to suit your needs. We can also provide exclusive use overnight accommodation for groups of six or more, which includes fine dining and excellent hospitality.
From a ten minute stroll around the garden, to a day-long expedition into the breathtaking hills around the Castle, we’ve got walks to suit everyone. Guided and un-guided walks are available.
We have 40 courses and 2 driving-ranges within a 30-mile radius. Famous courses are Royal Aberdeen, Murcar Links, Trump International Course and Cruden Bay but charming Aboyne, just a few minutes away, is worth a visit.
Several options here at Glen Tanar Equestrian Centre (8 miles). From short rides to half-day and day-long expeditions up into the hills with lunch in wicker panniers.

Some kind words from our previous guests…
“We had such a lovely stay at the castle for the Luthman/Snell wedding. The breakfasts, cocktail hours and our dinner on Sunday evening were all equally wonderful and fit for Royalty! Thank you so much for the hospitality and making us feel so welcome in your castle-home”. April 2016
