Kincardine Castle Kitchen, a small food business started by Nicky in 2008, produces about 20 delicious hand-made products. It is operated by Louisa Bradford and Rupert Holden, two talented chefs. Currently these products are marketed locally in stores in Kincardine O’Neil, Aboyne, Banchory, Ballater, Inverurie and Aberdeen.
