KINCARDINE - MEETING FACILITIES Having spent literally thousands of hours in meetings ourselves we are well acquainted with what makes a bad meeting room and how that affects the meeting itself. Too often we have found ourselves in meeting rooms that are dingy and dark or even with no natural daylight at all. At Kincardine we are keen to avoid this. We know how much more productive people are when they’re in good surroundings and a friendly atmosphere.

The Drawing Room The Drawing Room makes an excellent meeting room. It is quiet and the 16 ft. high ceiling stops it becoming stuffy. With two large French windows to the North-West and three large windows to the South-West and a further French window to the South-East this room is flooded with natural light. A separate side table is provided for refreshments and can be quietly replenished during the day as necessary. The Drawing Room can be set up for informal, boardroom or theatre layouts. The Great Hall For larger groups this room can be set up for theatre style meetings or for meetings around a number of small tables.
