Kirk. A short private drive leads from the A93 to parking and Garden.
The small garden extends from the front of the cottage to the Neil Burn.
The garden is enclosed but not big dog proof.

There is also a comfortable sofa-bed (2 people) in
the Sitting Room.
There is full oil central heating plus a log stove
in the sitting room. The property is comfortably furnished throughout
including Washing Machine and Dishwasher, TV, CD Player, Telephone and
Iron. There is an outside, lockable, Fishing Rod Box.
Included in the price are
electricity, oil, logs, linen, towels and cleaner. You are expected to
pay for telephone calls using an honesty box.
Local services include Post Office and General
Store, Filling Station and Public House.

84201) before leaving home you save on having to carry supplies with you
and you help support the local shop. They’ll even get the stuff
into the fridge for you before you arrive if you ask. The Post Office
cum General Store goes from strength to strength and has an excellent
little delicatessen bar. It also provides delicious soup and filled
rolls for your picnic lunches.

Lets are generally from
Sunday (after 4.00pm to Sunday before 10.00am) to suit fishers but there
is greater flexibility on dates
outwith the main fishing season. For
