Bridge Cottage is located in the village of Kincardine O'Neil immediately to the East of the 13^th Century Kirk. A short private drive leads from the A93 to parking and Garden. The small garden extends from the front of the cottage to the Neil Burn. The garden is enclosed but not big dog proof.

There is full oil central heating plus a log stove in the sitting room. The property is comfortably furnished throughout including Washing Machine and Dishwasher, TV, Telephone, Iron and Fishing Rod Box.

Included in the price are electricity, oil, logs, linen and cleaner. You are expected to pay for telephone calls.

Local services include Post Office and General Store, Filling Station and Public House.
