Scotland is justifiably famous for its country sports and Kincardine Castle is a great base from which to enjoy excellent shooting

We can make arrangements with nearby estates such as Fasque and Glen Dye to allow you to enjoy a wide variety of sport as our small shoot here at Kincardine Estate is leased currently to a local syndicate and so isn’t available.

Due to the seasonal nature of shooting and high demand we really recommend forward planning to allow us to provide you with top quality sport as the number of days available in a year can be relatively few.

Your party of guns will stay here at Kincardine Castle and, after and excellent dinner, a good night’s rest and a hearty breakfast, drive off to rendezvous with the shoot’s organiser.

We have gun storage safes for visitors’ guns.

Sports that are available include:

• Driven pheasant
• Driven partridge and duck
• A mixture of the above
• Walked-up shooting (mixed)
• Walked-up grouse shooting is sometimes available
• Driven grouse shooting is occasionally obtainable but subject to cancellation owing to poor breeding season or other reasons.
