We have all experienced that feeling in hotels or restaurants where one feels obliged to keep one’s voice down to avoid disturbing strangers. It isn’t like that at home and nor is it at Kincardine Castle. Whatever your event our exclusive-use policy means that your event will not have to share space with others.

At Kincardine Castle we have hosted a wide range of successful corporate events including offsite meetings, overnighters, conferences, receptions, dinner parties, entertainment and company days.

The relaxed, comfortable and homely setting is much appreciated by those busy men and women who have seen the inside of rather too many hotels. The ambience at Kincardine Castle is such that it was no surprise when a facilitator told us that he got through in two days what he expected to take three. The truth is that in a genuinely relaxed and comfortable environment people work better.

Kincardine Castle is a beautiful family home situated in a spectacular landscape. Just 25 miles from Aberdeen it seems to be another world - quiet, peaceful, luxurious and yet homely. We try to avoid as much of the hotel atmosphere as possible. Here you are looked after by well-trained staff as well as by the Laird and his wife.

We have an excellent meeting room, impressive reception and dining rooms, comfortable bedrooms, fine dining, a well-stocked cellar and a large and beautiful garden. 

Meetings: Away from the office in quiet, beautiful surrounds. Our excellent bright Meeting Room is just a step away from our gardens should you need a breather.

Dinner Parties: Gleaming silver candlesticks on a polished mahogany table in a dining room surrounded by four centuries of family portraits. Delicious food using fine local produce when possible and served with fine wines. This is dining as it should be – a private dinner party.

Overnighters and House Parties: There is no better way to get to know your fellows than to stay together as part of a house party. After a day’s work (or play) you share time together before, during and after dinner in the relaxed splendour of a beautiful country house. You will forever have a splendid shared experience to talk about. We often find that, during a stay at Kincardine, ‘team building’ has actually been delivered without any organised games or challenges.
