Having spent literally thousands of hours in meetings ourselves, we know how a great environment can contribute very positively to the success of a meeting or conference. The high ceilings and many large windows of Kincardine provide a splendid setting in which to meet, and the friendly, homely atmosphere have frequently been quoted as being key to a positive outcome, by allowing participants to relax and concentrate fully on the matter at hand.

The Board Room: Our Board Room started in operation in the autumn of 2008. Devotees of Downton Abbey would recognise it's former role as the Servants' Hall.  It is a fine, light and airy room with a 10 ft. high ceiling and five large windows which look out onto the lawns and gardens. The windows open if your deliberations generate too much hot air. This room is on the ground floor and wheel-chair accessible. WI-FI cover in the Board Room.

The Great Hall For larger groups our Great Hall can be used for theatre style meetings. 

Capacity:  80.

Breakout Rooms: These are available.

Equipment Provided:  We provide the usual meeting materials, flip charts etc. Projection is usually onto the wall but we do have a 4-foot wide screen and can set up a large screen for presentations in the Great Hall. A data-projector (LCD) with VGA cable connection is available in-house at a small extra charge. A TV with HDMI connection to lap-top computer is also available. WI-FI coverage in Board Room, Great Hall, Drawing Room and Dining Room.

Services Provided:

Late Breakfast: We can offer bacon rolls or similar to start your day.

Tea / Coffee / Refreshments: We provide these on a self-service basis usually in an adjacent room to avoid us disturbing your meeting unduly when replenishing supplies.

Lunch.  We generally find that soup, filled rolls, cheeseboard and fruit bowl fit the bill as this allows for that little bit of flexibility that can sometimes creep into the timing of meetings. If you want a more formal 2 or 3-course lunch that too can be provided.

Dinner: We can also provide a dinner party to end the meeting.
