Kincardine Estate rents out a number of small shops and workshops in and around Kincardine O'Neil. SHOPS The village of Kincardine O'Neil straddles the busy A93, North Deeside Road. While the village itself is small and can generate only a small local demand the heavy traffic which uses the A93 forms a large additional market. Street-side parking for passing traffic makes Kincardine O'Neil a very convenient place to stop to pick up a few vital items. WORKSHOPS The estate also provides a number of small workshops.
